So most of my adult life I've gotten compliments on the ASSet in the back, but rarely do people ask......how? How do you get and maintain a nice ass. Well, some say its genetic, others say its because of proportions. But I say, its because of lifestyle choices. Here are my 5 ways to get a nice, toned, plump, round, fat ass that looks good in jeans, HisEgo Sport compressions, those gray sweats that people like, or in nothing at all.
5. SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT!!!
So I'm sorry to say that there is no magic formula that will make your ass plump and round so put the pills down and pick up a squat bar NOW! Squatting is known as the god father of all leg and butt exercises because it works out not only multiple leg muscles but it also does the works on the multiple booty muscles. The consistent up and down creates tension and tears in the butt muscles that heal and essentially, make the muscles larger. The great thing about squats is that you can incorporate wide leg stance squats and closed leg squats to target the muscles from different angles. The more you mix it up and get creative with your squats the happier, bigger, and plumper those booty muscles will be!
4. FOOD
So as soon as you finish your squats...GO EAT! There is nothing more that your muscles want after a workout than food. But not just any food, you're going to need carbs and healthy fats. Carbs such as rice and pasta are perfect after a booty workout. You can mix these carbs with beans, potatoes, veggies, and meat to make it a complete meal. As far as fats go, you will need nuts. Almonds or cashews preferably. Nuts are high in healthy fat and are an easy food to snack on while relaxing or on the go. The fat in these nuts will go right to your ass. For those with nut allergies...go with avocado. Avocado is one fruit that's packed with healthy fat that can make that ass fat.
3. DARK LEAFY GREENS
Most people wouldn't think that dark leafy veggies like kale, spinach, broccoli, or a nice long stiff cucumber would help make your ass bigger, but they do! Dark leafy veggies are packed with amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that help with cell growth and boost the hormones needed to plump up your booty. The good thing about dark leafy veggies is that most can be stream cooked, or eaten raw (clean them first). So next time you're at the grocery store take a detour and stop by the produce section first.
2. Consistency
So this list wouldn't be complete if I didn't mention one of the most important features needed to get a plump ass. This would be consistency. You must be consistent with your squats/workouts and eating (which includes those dark leafy greens). So those lazy days....they ain't gone work no mo! Get up, gather yourself, and get to the gym. Once you get home, get naked and cook a balanced dinner with your carbs and veggies included.
1. Appreciation
The most important thing needed to get a nice booty is to appreciate what you have. Appreciate your shape and your body. Don't look at others as a standard of what a butt should look like or what your body should look like. You are you for a reason. So next time you're home, strip down and stand in the mirror, look at your body and appreciate it. When you get out the shower take your time and dry while admiring yourself in the mirror. Moisturize your body and that includes your butt. Once you learn to appreciate you for you, you'll never feel like you're lacking in size or shape anywhere.
