SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.​

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 

 

HisEgo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

HisEgo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible items may be exchanged ONLY. NO REFUNDS! Please contact us immediately for a determination on whether your purchase is eligible for exchange. 

 

On sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Items for exchange must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition, with original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all applicable product tags attached, and with a copy of the original purchase receipt.  Exchanges will be issued once your returned item is received and processed. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, is without original packaging, worn, without a copy of the original purchase receipt, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item. â€‹â€‹â€‹

All orders will be processed and shipped expeditiously pending availability. An estimated time of your exchange process will be emailed to you upon our receipt and processing of the returned item.
